Porsche Centre East London has been carefully monitoring the situation surrounding coronavirus.
The health and safety of our customers is our number one priority. Porsche has already taken measures to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus within the Porsche network to protect customers and employees. Taking into consideration the most recent communication from the World Health Organization and our government, we have decided temporarily to close Porsche Centre East London.
We feel this decision is in the best interest of our customers and employees.
We will continue to support customers with remote advice and personalised help to research and configure vehicles via FaceTime and other video platforms where possible.
We will also continue to operate service and repairs to first responder vehicles and cars belonging to selective key workers where the vehicles are essential to enable them to get to work.
When we are able to reopen, we will email our customers to inform you. In the meantime, you can keep up-to-date with the status of our Porsche Centre closure through our social media channels and our Centre website, where we will continue to bring you all the news from Porsche.
Please contact us on 0203 203 0444 or email info@porscheeastlondon.co.uk if we can be of any assistance during this time.
Porsche Cars Great Britain Coronavirus Update
In line with current government guidelines all Porsche Centre showrooms in the UK are now closed and their workshops are not able to provide routine maintenance at this time. The specialist Porsche team that runs our UK-based Customer Assistance Centre is working remotely and remains fully operational to take your calls or emails. If you are a Porsche customer in one of the categories recognised by the government to continue working we will do our best to facilitate any urgent repairs your car may need, and to keep you mobile.
In the event of a breakdown Porsche Assistance is still operational. We will ensure that you and your car are returned home safely. If you are not in one of the categories recognised by the government as essential then we hope you will understand why we may not offer the normal range of mobility options at the present time.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
