Following the Government’s announcement on Saturday 31 October, here we outline how we will continue to support our customers from Thursday, 5 November:
Sales
Whilst we remain digitally open, we are closed to visitors to our showroom.
For new and used car sales, we will still be able to respond to your enquiry and help you purchase a vehicle through a range of options convenient for you including live chat, email, video appointments, virtual demonstrations, and phone. You can also reserve and buy your chosen model online through our website.
Aftersales
Our Aftersales departments remain fully open and our teams are on hand for bookings and queries. You can contact us through email, phone or live chat on our website. Although our waiting areas are closed, we have created a safe area for you drop off your car and collect it later. It will not be possible to wait for your car to be serviced or repaired.
